Foam Kayak Blocks to Fit a Roof Rack on a Toyota Rav4 if the Aero Style Foam Blocks Are Too Small

Does your foam kayak foam blocks with the universal cutout fit the Thule Aerobars? I have bought a few blocks and the cutouts are to small to fit the aero bars on my Toiyota RAV4.

Truck bed racks are typically slightly larger than vehicle cross bars. So if the # MPG158 were too small, then the # MPG159 with its slightly larger opening will work well.
