We do have an option for a foam block as well as pads that will fit a TracRac ladder rack, though the block you mentioned won't fit around the wider TracRac bars. Instead, you can use the following, which are designed for truck ladder racks:
- Malone Foam Kayak Block for Truck Racks # MPG159
The only other thing you will need are tie-downs such as the Malone Bow and Stern Tie-Down Kit # MPG306.
