In order to find a replacement you will have to identify what you currently have on the trailer. Since you mentioned the rotor I'm assuming you have disc brakes. If you have an over-the-hub rotor you won't need to replace the entire hub, just the rotor. Otherwise you will need a hub-and-rotor assembly. It is also worth noting that you should not mix brands so more than likely you need a complete kit.

To find a replacement hub you need to know what bearings are used on your trailer. You may be able to get this information by identifying the axle with the axle tag. If not, you need to remove the bearings. Typically you can find the part number stamped on the bearing itself. If it is worn away or missing, you will have to measure the inner diameter using a digital caliper like the # PTW80157. See the diagram below.

Once you know which bearings you have you can choose the right replacement. For example, if you have a # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearing you could use the Dexter Premier Disc Brake Kit # T2HRCM10DAC. This is typical for a 3,500 lb axle. If you have a different bearing combination, or can identify the brand of disc brakes, please let me know and I will see what is available.
