My trailer is pre wired for the camera but my truck doesn’t have a cigarette lighter for powering the monitor. Can it be plugged into the USB ports some how

While you can not plug the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS43TASF into a USB port, I do have a fairly simple solution to allow this to work with your 2019 Ram 1500.
You're just going to need to add a 12V kit, like the:
-12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps # RM-9332.
This will provide your truck with the cigarette lighter port needed to power the monitor on your # FOS43TASF system.
