Im curious if there is a bracket available to relocate the license pplate since this will block it?

When it comes to using The etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier - 2 inch Hitch # e98ZR, I would use The Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light w/ Bracket - 5 Diodes - Clear Lens # LPL56CB to help relocate your license plate so its not blocked out by the carrier, and attach it using zip ties.

The bracket has a 5 diode light that will help illuminate your license plate if it's plugged in.

To make a license plate light that you could add to your spare carrier you could use the part #LPL55CB to provide the light and plate bracket and then for wiring use run a #HM48110 to it so that you could plug in when needed. Basically you'd run…
