I have an answer for you. There are many different 5-lug bolt patterns for trailer wheels. For example, there are 5 on 4-1/2, 5 on 4-3/4, 5 on 5, and 5 on 5-1/2. The 5 on 4-1/2 is the most common pattern. In order to know for sure what bolt pattern you have, I recommend measuring your wheels to confirm the pattern. I went ahead and attached a helpful FAQ article to help you with this process. I also attached a template you can print off to use.
With that being said, we only carry replacement 12" wheels with that 5 on 4-1/2 pattern. For that size in aluminum, I recommend the Aluminum HWT Series S5 Split Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM22319HWT. It comes with a center pilot hole diameter of 3.19" and is compatible with a 1/2"-20 wheel bolt size. As far as the dimensions, it has 12" diameter x 4" wide measurements.
