I have a 2021 Hideout 320MBDS that Id like to put a tankless water heater in to. I am wondering how to measure for the correct size unit and any recommendations for a unit?

This unit features a heating capacity of 13,000 - 60,000 Btu, well above that of a standard tanked water heater or competing tankless water heater brands.

It has similar dimensions to a standard tanked water heater at 12-5/8" L x 12-13/16" W x 19-3/16" D so you'll just need to make some slight alterations to your cutout hole to fill in the gap but the performance output of this unit will be worth the work.

12VDC Power Input.

11" WC - 14" WC (13" WC recommended). I recommend having a licensed technician check your pressure and adjust your regulator accordingly to ensure proper gas pressure.
