No, the BAKFlip tonneau covers do not have a lock on them so the only way to secure your bed would be to close the cover and lock your tailgate to prevent anyone from gaining access to the latches that allow you to open the cover.
If you want a tonneau cover that comes with a lock you could use the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-60841. All of the RetraxONE tonneau covers come with a lock that allows you to secure it at any point along the rails. You can latch it partially open to conceal cargo in the front of your bed while leaving room for oversized loads at the rear. This specific cover is for a 5-1/2 Foot Bed with Deck Rail System, if you could specify the bed length and whether or not you have a Deck Rail System I could find the correct fit for your 2020 Toyota Tundra.
