Question:
The trailer coupler does not have a 2 or 3inch tube. I have attached pictures. Jeep has a standard 2inch receiver hitch sleeve. The trailer has a 2-inch ball coupler.

From the sound of your question, it sounds like you are trying to figure out what you need in order to attach your 2021 Nucamp TAB 320S to your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with an off-road coupler. From my research, I discovered that your camper has a gross trailer weight of 2,900 pounds. As long as you have enough gross towing weight capacity on your hitch like the 4,500 pounds of the Draw-Tite Hitch - 2" # DT78MR on your Jeep, you will be safe to tow.
For the coupler itself, I recommend the Ark Articulating Off-Road Coupler for 2" Receivers # AR44FR. In order to install this onto your a-frame camper, you will need to weld on a Combo Bar 6" with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver - Unpainted # E-9 to the camper itself.
Since you probably have a spare tire on your Wrangler, you will need a long ball mount shank like the Ball Mount 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop, Extra Long # D-26. Since all different hitches install at different points of your vehicle, I recommend measuring the distance from the center of your hitch's pinhole to the outside surface of your rear bumper. I went ahead and linked a product page that lists the different ball mount lengths and rise/drops that will fit a 2-inch hitch.
Since your camper is light, you will not need a brake controller. However, if you need a 4-way wiring hookup on your vehicle in order to have brake lights, turn signals, and running lights on your trailer, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118786.
