Question:

2018 Ford Expedition. one weekend every month I tow a 8000 lb trailer with my expedition, I use all the stabilizer bars and all the equipment to help the vehicle not to sag to much but still does sag, is anyway you guys have a airbag or something similar to install and prevent the sagging see attached picture. Thanks for the photo, and while there are no air bags that fit your 2018 Ford Expedition, there is one option for suspension enhancement that will alleviate some of the issues you are having, which are coil springs from SumoSprings, with the correct part number being the following:

- Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1168R

What these do is install between the coils of your Expedition's coil springs, and they will essentially add an extra layer of cushioning to your coil springs, helping absorb the weight of the trailer and get it more level than it currently is. We have had really positive feedback from our customers about these springs, mentioning how well they have performed in situations like yours.

I have added cut outs of those reviews, which you can also find on the product page of the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1168R.
