Recommended Solution for Sag When Towing for 2019 Chevrolet 1500 Black Widow with 6 Lift

Question:

I have a 2019 Chevrolet 1500 LTZ Black Widow edition that came with a 6 inch lift. From what I have read this package with 4 1 inch spacers on each side will still leave a 2 inch gap. I know that this wont eliminate all the sag while pulling my camper but my biggest question is will it at least help and cut it down some. If it isnt going to help me I wont waste my money or time to do this. I have been having issues finding someone local to help and am new to the camper family so any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have a solution that will help with the sag issues you're experiencing on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ Black Widow, but I don't recommend going with a Timbren system like the # TGMRCK15S and 1" Spacer # A25723-90AH00. On top of the firmer ride quality, I think you're really going to have a lot of harshness with the added distance between the frame and axle.

However, I think the RoadActive Suspension # RAS4611 would do a great job at helping fight the sag you're getting and it won't negatively affect your unloaded ride quality. The RAS creates a mechanically active suspension to help strengthen your factory leaf springs and reduce, if not completely eliminate your sag issue.

The other option would be to go with a weight distribution system. I've linked a product review video of the RAS for you to check out. If you'd like to explore a weight distribution hitch let me know the GVWR and tongue weight of the trailer and I can recommend one that would work for your trailer.
