I was wondering the difference between curt part number c16220 and c16210 fifth wheel adapter and if they will interchange with one another

The only difference between Item # C16220 for EZr hitches and Item # C16210 for Curt double lock hitches is the shaft on Item # C16220 is going to be 3/8" longer than the shaft on Item # C16210. I would not recommend trying to use Item # C16220 on a hitch designed for Item # C16210. With the shaft being a little longer, the rails may not sit flat on the bed. If you tried using Item # C16210 on an EZr hitch the pin holes would not line up because of the shorter shaft.
