Why dont I see the XT2 bike rack offered anymore plus parts for it? I bought one about a year ago

The rack you mentioned is available with the Thule EasyFold XT 2-Bike Rack # TH903202, and we do offer a number of different replacement parts for it.

Need 3 replacement straps mine were cut by someone trying to steal the bikes

The only replacement straps for the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # TH903202 WAS the straps make for fat tire bikes, # TH985101, but those are no longer available.

I checked with Thule and the distance from where it attaches to the bike frame and the center of where it attaches to the bike frame of the longer arm part #1500052414 measures 13-1/2 inches and on the shorter arm #7525491002 measures 4-1/2 inches.

I checked with Thule and the individual tracks of the Thule Elite Van XT rack #TH302043 is not available separately and only solution is to replace the entire platform like with the part #TH32VK that you referenced.
