Is the track portion that the bike actually sits on available separately? I dont need the whole assembly.

I checked with Thule and the individual tracks of the Thule Elite Van XT rack # TH302043 is not available separately and only solution is to replace the entire platform like with the part # TH32VK that you referenced.
