Since I don't know what year Honda CR-V you have I can't look up the owners manual to see what is recommended for tire chains. So what you can do is grab the manual and check out the snow chains section and if there are any restrictions they will be listed. I like to flip to the end of the manual and use the index at the end to find what page that will be on as that seems to be the easiest way.
For your tire size of 245/60-18 the option I recommend the highest is the Konig Easy Fit Chains part # TH04115250 because they install in literally seconds, they provide excellent traction, and due to the higher quality metal they are made of they will last much longer as well! If you check out the install video I attached you can see just how easy they are to install.
If you wanted a set of cables like what you referenced the correct size is the # PW1046. Cables are a great cost effective solution for getting you through DOT check points in hopes of never having to use them. They will give you much better traction but they tend to not work well past the first use.
In this price range the Titans part # TC2317 are a much better option. They install easier, give better traction, and can be used more than once.
