Is There a Way to Direct Wire Furrion Observation System Monitor to Vehicle Battery
Question:
Do you have a cable for the furrion monitor that I can wire directly instead of having to use the cigarette lighter?

What you could do is cut the cigarette lighter plug off of the # C-FOS07TAPK-006 and then run the two wires directly to the vehicle battery and you will have made a way to wire the monitor directly. Most likely the wire would not be long enough so you'd need to extend that with wire you have currently or with 16 gauge wire like part # 16-1-1 which is sold by the foot.

Jameson, I was wondering the same thing but I want to clarify something to make sure, is there anything in the “cigarette lighter” power connector that in anyway changes the power supply from 12v to say 6v or anything or is it a straight 12v pass through? I am wanting to direct wire the monitor into one of my auxiliary switches.
