Question:
I bought the 2 bike lets go aero carrier from you a couple of years ago and love it. But the family has grown and I need a 3-4 bike carrier. Can this go on the cmax as well? It comes apart to be either 2 or 4 bike carrier? Is there a version that I can add on to my existing 2 bike carrier?

For a '13 C-Max the only 2 inch hitch available is the EcoHitch # 306-X7200; there is also trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver for a 2013 C-Max, the Class II Curt # C12092.
So if you have the Class II Curt # C12092 trailer hitch on your vehicle there are high-quality 4-bike racks and I highly recommend checking out the Yakima RidgeBack # Y02458 because it is easy to use and provides optimal support for your bikes.
The RidgeBack installs easily with the use of a pin and locks in your hitch with the twist of a knob, as you can see in the linked video review. The rack tilts down for access to your rear cargo area, and when you are done using the rack and want to store it, the arms fold with the simple push of a button. To keep your bikes stable, the rack uses cradles which hold bike frames at 3 points to stop them from swaying and making contact with each other.
This bike rack, which measures 11-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright bar, is constructed from steel and comes with a lifetime warranty. The RidgeBack # Y02458 comes with an integrated lock to secure the rack to your hitch though you can use the Yakima HandCuff Cable Lock for RidgeBack # Y02466 to secure your bikes the the rack.
Additionally, please note that when using any hanging bike you'll need bike frame adapter bar # Y02531 if your bikes are dual-suspension, have a step-through frame or you want to carry a small children's bike. The bar will give those bikes a horizontal mounting point so they can be carried by the rack.
I have added links to video reviews of the bike rack, cable lock and adapter bar for you to check out.

I have a 2013 Ford C Max and a 66-pound e-bike would I be able to use a hitch and motorcycle rack to transport my bike? If so, what would you recommend?
