I have a new 2019 Ford F150 Platinum and wanted to know if the Item # KS81850 for the 2018 truck will fit my truck.

Thanks for the picture of the mirrors on your 2019 Ford F-150 Platinum! The K-Source tow mirrors part # KS81850 that you referenced fits those mirrors so these would fit and work well. I attached an install video for these mirrors for you to check out too.

You can also mention that the power mirror fold function will also work with these aftermarket add-ons. I have them on my 2020 Lariet f-150. They will also have the same function on the platinum package. These mirror add-ons do extend further into opposing lane as you may expect, also I use the power mirrors when drive thru banking or drive thru restaurants.
