We do have some towing mirrors that will fit your 2018 Chevy Express Van 3500.

I recommend going with the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # LVT-1700 which slip on your OEM mirrors and easily secure using the included clip and screw. I like this choice because it is a cost-effective option that gives you a nice, clean look.

If you are wanting to replace your OEM mirrors with towing mirrors then we have the K-Source # KS62169-70G which manually operate but they mount in the exact same way that your current mirrors mount. They do not have electrical connectors though so you will lose any functions that you currently have.
