Running Power Wire to Fuse Block When Installing Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System
Question:
So in the install video it shows to run the wire to power the system to the fuse block under the hood, which is fine, but is there a way to run the wire inside the fuse box with out making a notch in the lid? Seems like that would be a way for moisture to get in there and also to do this on a newer truck is something I do not want to do.

As you mentioned in your question, the power wire for the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 will go to the fuse block under the hood of your truck (to a fuse that only receives power with the ignition turned on). It may be possible to find an existing notch or opening under the fuse block lid/cover on your 2018 Silverado for the wire to pass through. If you cannot find one though, you will want to cut just a small opening in the lid so that the wire can pass through with the lid closed over the fuse box. A cut this small should not cause any issues with moisture getting into the panel.
I have attached the complete written instructions that you can also take a look at.
