Where is the best location for mounting this compressor on a 19 Silverado 1500 Internal or outside, etc.

It is a very good idea to use the a compressor with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2609 on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500, as well a no-drill mount kit:

- Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor # F2610

- No-Drill Mount Kit # F2612

The mounting kit should be installed on a frame rail on your '19 Silverado, and Firestone recommends doing it on the right-hand side of a vehicle if possible. That said, there is no specific spot the compressor is supposed to be installed, so essentially you can mount it wherever is the easiest and most convenient for you.
