Recommended 7 Way and 4 Way Harness for 2004 Ford F-150
Question:
Further review I think I may need this. Tekonsha 118247 Is there a way to get that harness but with a 7 and 4 pin on the other end instead of just the 7 that this kit is supplied with? Or possible to jist get that harness?

It sounds like you already have the factory tow package 7-way on your 2004 Ford F-150; if so you would be able to easily install a connector with a 4-way flat and 7-way. I recommend the Reese Multi-Plug Wiring Harness # 74682, which will simply plug into the factory 7-way socket on your truck and give you those connections.
I've added a link to a video review of this product for you to check out as well.
