Will CIPA Towing Mirrors Allow Me to See Down the Sides of an 8 Foot Wide Trailer
Question:
I am buying a travel trailer that is 24 long and 8 wide. Will these mirrors be wide enough to see past the sides of a trailer this wide?

We have had several customers state that the CIPA Towing Mirrors, # CTM2200A, do allow them to see down the sides of their wide trailers. Another customer stated that he was not able to see as much as he wanted to but could see traffic on either side of the trailer so it was still beneficial.
The edge of the mirror is about 5 inches further out than the factory mirror. Because the glass is adjustable you should be able to get a decent view. I have included a link to a video featuring these mirrors for you.
