I need some replacement rubber window trim that slides into the aluminum and goes up against the glass. I can send a picture of the profile with a tape measure next to it. Thank you

We do offer vinyl RV trim inserts in several colors and sizes. This material is either 1-inch or 3/4-inch wide, and is offered in colors like white # CAM25103, black # CAM25272 and beige # CAM25252. All such products are shown on the page I linked for you.

It sounds like you have the 3/4 inch trim on your RV, which we do carry. For a 25-ft roll you can use part #CAM25173, and for a 100-ft roll you can order part #CAM25272.

The difference between 3/4 inches and 7/8 inches is just 1/16 of an inch so it is entirely possible that over time and exposure to the sun that your 3/4 inch trim expanded to 7/8. I doubt that it shrunk from 1 inch to 7/8 so I recommend going with…

If your vinyl trim track on your travel trailer is 1 inch wide from outside edge to outside edge you'd need 3/4 inch wide vinyl trim as the trim fits into the track. So for 100 feet of black 3/4 inch wide trim you'd want the #CAM25272.
