Question:
Considering the Draw Tight model 36416 for 2008 Camry to attach a bike rack to the 1 1/4 receiver. Do I need to order any other parts? Do not need lights or ball parts? Thanks,

There might be some products you may be interested in purchasing, but once you have this Draw-Tite Hitch Receiver, part # 36416 installed onto your 2008 Toyota Camry you would not need anything else to put a bike on the 1-1/4 inch receiver of the # 36416. I included the installation instructions and a video of the install being done on a similar Toyota Camry below.
You will not need lights because the lights from your Camry should still be visible, and the bike rack attaches to the hitch directly without the use of a draw bar, so ball or draw bar accessories would not be necessary to use a hitch mounted bike rack.
For a bike rack I recommend the Thule Camber, part # TH9058. I have included a video review of this bike rack for you to check out.
If you have a womens, or odd framed bike you might be interested in a Thule Bike Adapter Bar for Hitch Bike Racks, part # TH982XT. I have a link to video review of this product below.
You may be interested in a Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device, part # THSTL2 also. I included a review video below that you may find informative also.
