When it is installed on an RV with a suitably strong frame, the Curt Adjustable Width RV Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703 will provide a trailer towing capacity of 3500-lbs along with a tongue weight (TW) capacity of 350-lbs. This hitch fits RV frame widths from 22- to 72-inches.
I looked up your 2016 Palomino Puma 253FBS 5th wheel trailer on the Palomino website but they do not provide frame specifications. You can measure the RV's frame, from outside to outside on the main frame members, to determine if this hitch or another will be your best fit.
Since your boat will be near the maximum 3500-lb capacity for the Curt hitch I suggest that instead you use the Curt # C13701 which is rated for 5000-lbs towing capacity and which will give you a good safety margin.
Your best bet is to contact Palomino with the VIN for the trailer so they can confirm the frame's dimensions and maximum weight capacity too.
