A 2200 lb Dexter axle would use either an L44649 or an L44643 inner and outer bearing. To determine which you'll need, you'll need to pull one of your hubs and get the reference number off the bearing itself. If the number isn't readable, you'll need to use a digital caliper to measure the diameter of spindle where the bearing rides ( a ruler or measuring tape isn't accurate enough).
If the spindle measures 1 inch, you'll need the L44643 bearings, like what's included in the # BK1-100 bearing kit. If the spindle measures 1.063 inches, you'll need the L44649 bearings, which are included in the # BK1-150 bearing kit.
If you click on either bearing kit part number, you can see exactly what's included. The bearings will need to be packed with grease, but that's a simple procedure. I'll link you to a video showing how it's done. Our install team really likes the # L11390 high temperature grease.
