Replacement Hub for Triton Snowmobile Trailer

Question:
I need a pair of hubs for a 2-place Triton Snowmobile trailer of unknown year. Early 2000s I suspect. Current hub is a Dexter 8-259. E-Z lube hub and 5 bolt, 4-1/2 Numbers are worn off both inner and outer bearings. Internal measurement of bearing is 1.037 for both inner and outer bearings. Existing wheel/tire is 215/60 x 8 Cant find an ID number on trailer but suspect it is a 2000#. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info and pictures of your hub! Based on that the correct replacement is the part # 8-257-5UC3-EZ which matches the bolt pattern, drum size, and bearing info you listed as well.
