Since you referenced the Curt Harness part # C56020 it would appear as if your 2013 Ford E250 does not have any trailer wiring present at the rear of the vehicle currently. To start you will need to install this harness.
Next you will need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way. For that you will need the Brake Controller Installation Kit part # ETBC7. This comes with everything to make the conversion plus everything needed to install a brake controller. Check out the install video and installation instructions I attached to the right.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
