Left Turn Signal On 7-Way Trailer Connector is Not Working- It is possible that there is a blown fuse or relay related to the tow package wiring that is causing the problem. Use the vehicle owners manual to find the locations.
It is also possible that there is a break in the wire somewhere. You will need to use a circuit tester like # 3808 if needed to test the wire as you work your way forward on the truck.
If the right side stop light also does not work it could be a blown stop light or CHMSL fuse. If the turn signal function works on that same

Looking For a Pigtail Connector With 2 Grounding Wires for a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500- I have some suggestions, that I am sure you have tried, but, I want to offer to be sure.
Make sure that your connections are seated properly. Either the ground or brake output wire pin inside one of the connectors may be bent or damaged therefore not permitting the proper current through. Check to be sure that the ground and the brake-out pin inside all of the connectors is solid and not loose.
Based on the issue you are describing, it seems the problem is within the fifth wheel harness.
