I purchased this for my 1966 GMC 1000 (basically a shortbed C10). The fit was perfect and even worked with my fuel cell bolted right above it, with just slight modifications to the cell. Design is very heavy duty and I have towed several heavy loads with the truck without any problems. Thank you for the nice product.

- Correct Trailer Hitch for a 1972 Chevy C10/K10 StepsideAre you asking if the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75034 will fit your 1972 Chevy C10/K10 Stepside? If so then yes, this trailer hitch is a confirmed fit according to Draw-Tite. I checked with them for you to confirm. Please note you will need to have the standard step bumper in order for the receiver tube to clear but there won't be any issues with the stepside bed. I have attached a photo for you of this hitch installed on a similar 1966 Chevy C10 fleetside for reference.
