Great experience and customer service. I had ordered a trailer hitch from another distributer, a mamoth companty-you know who-and I got a hitch for a Hyundai but I have a Dodge! Yuck. Etrailer sent me the right one and it bolted on in minutes. THANKS.
Disappointed. I am towing a 16' enclosed trailer with maximum 2000# load (2 pool tables) The side plate, just below the frame attachment, is buckling.

After a year and traveling thousands of miles everything is still perfect. It was a breeze to install and has held up beautifully. I will get another if I need one for another vehicle.
It's installed on our camper conversion van and either is towing a box trailer or has a hitch rack or bike rack hooked up at all times. It's never without load.
Hitch fits, right model, looks good. But four of the goldish washers were the wrong size. So four fit and the others were too small.
struggled with not being able to get them on the bolts and figured out they were too small. I worked manufacturing and most likely in Mexico they ran out and substitudded the smaller ones to ship it!

This Draw-Tite replaced a Curt hitch that tore at the mounting plate. The Draw-Tite has beefier mounting brackets with almost double the surface area of the Curt and included much heavier rear brackets that attach directly to the tube rather than a separate flange. Did not have to cut anything on my 1999 Dodge 3500 Van even though the instructions said this would be necessary. A little disappointed it just includes zinc plated Grade 5 hardware, I upgraded to corrosion resistant Grade 8 nuts & bolts. Solid hitch, should consider it as a first choice even though it’s a little more expensive. Only hitch with a 10K pound/1,000 lb tongue weight weight distributing rating.

Easy to put on looks good nice quality definitely happy with it
The trailer hitch I ordered arrived ahead of schedule and was in good condition. It took my son and me about 2.5 hours to install it due to having to cut some sheet metal away (which the enclosed directions clearly indicated would need to be done) so we got it installed fine.
We haven't used it yet but I'm not anticipating any problems.
Perfect fit on my Dodge Ram 3500 Van. Incredibly easy to install and I did the install myself with no help. All install hardware was included. Quality of the hitch receiver is great. I really love the "hidden hitch" aspect as it is 100% shin saver. Shipping was quick via UPS. Killer product from a great company. Thank you etrailer.
Great product took a very short time to put on the only problem was was in delivery and that was UPS's fault it should have been here on Friday and it came on Monday because the UPS driver was too lazy to deliver it it was a piece of cake to put on and I thank you so much for trying to get it here on Friday I would purchase again from you and I would recommend you to anybody that needed a hitch thank you so much
Absolutely perfect, I had it installed using only hand tools in under an hour. No complaints whatsoever, when I replace this vehicle I will be buying a new hitch from them for the new one.

Exactly what I wanted. Mounting brackets on hitch at the right position. Was easy install on my van.
The hitch itself seems very good. Very fast delivery as well. Left off one star because I only received half of the instruction page. Installed it and didn’t know there were additional brackets that bolt on to the bumper mount. I happened to find the full instructions on the product page while I was searching for torque specs.
Great quality. Instructions were a little off but it was easy to figure out. Installation was another story... Fast shipping. The box with all the bolts in it could have been taped up better as they were all rolling around in the shipping box with the hitch.
Straight out the box easy installation, no set backs, exactly as described! Definitely recommend using etrailer and this hitch!
Took less than a hour to install...shipping was fast...hitch and wiring were a breeze to install..got it at 9 a.m. and was at the lake by 10:30!!
Nice hitch easy and nstall
I received the hitch in just a few days. The packaging was well put together with all parts secure. The hitch is well made and it fit the van frame with no pushing, pulling, squeezing or forcing. This is the second vehicle I have put one on. Very satisfied with both.
It fit my van perfectly and the price was the best I could find. The installation was very easy.
