MORryde RV Cargo - Step Replacement Locking Storage Box - MR43RR Review

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this MORryde locking storage box. This box is going to mount to your RV's chassis in place of your factory steps to provide the nice, secure storage area. So if you are replacing your original steps with the MORryde StepAbove folding steps or the Quick Connect removable steps, this is going to utilize that space where your factory steps originally we're so that you can use that space for storage. This does have a drop-down door that's going to provide easy access to your cargo area so you can easily throw in your wheel chocks, power cords to get hooked up to the shore power at the campground, things like that. Very easy to get into them.

Fold it up. We've got two keys included that we can lock that door in place. It's gonna be nice and secure so we don't have to worry about anyone getting in there and taking our things. It is a nice powder-coated steel construction, so it's going to resist rust and corrosion. It's gonna hold up very well.

It's got a weight capacity of 50 pounds, so plenty of items can go in there and will hold up with all that weight. It's got a storage capacity of 1 1/2 cubic feet, with our measurements being right about 10 inches tall. Measure here for you. We're right about 10 inches tall. Our depth; it's gonna be harder to show you, but it's right about 10 1/2 inches.

And then our width, right about 25 3/4 of an inch there, so plenty of space. Should fit right in place of the original steps so that you can utilize that space where those steps originally were. It is gonna be very easy to get this installed. There's a quick and easy installation with all the included hardware here. They also include instructions to help you get everything put in place.

So overall, I think this is gonna be a great option, again, to help you utilize that space once your stairs are removed so that you can throw some things in there. You don't just have a big opening left open where the steps originally were. That's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..
