Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at this Brandmotion universal full view HD rear view mirror with a DVR and an HD backup camera. Now, it is very stressful when you're keeping track of what's behind your work van on the road, or backing out of a crowded loading dock. So with this digital rear view mirror, you just tap on the touch screen, and it'll switch your normal mirror to a high definition of camera feed, so that you can see past boxes, passengers and tools in the cargo area. And unlike digital mirrors that only use a small section of the glass, this is gonna give you the full width digital display for a nice complete view. Now it'll include everything laid out here on the table. more

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today we're looking at a rear view safety backup camera system for the Dodge Pro Master 2010 and newer. Now this is gonna give you a nice big seven inch mirror slash monitor. So as you can see, it's reflecting the lights in the studio and it is a very nice, again, seven inch screen that will be both an LCD color monitor and also a mirror whenever that monitor is not on, it will give you distant grid lines. Obviously I don't have it powered up, but you'll have distance grid lines and it's an automatic system, which means it's gonna switch automatically whenever you put it in reverse and those kind of things. more

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this rear view safety waterproof backup sensor system. Now this is a high quality sensor system and it's the complete package. It'll work independently of other systems and comes with everything needed for installation. It includes, we'll go through these parts here, waterproof control module, right here is the LED display, back here we have a 48 foot long power harness cable, over here we have the sensors harness cable, and then right up here, front here, we have the four waterproof sensors. Now the sensors, the control module, the cables are all waterproof, which will allow for installation either inside or outside the vehicle. more

Now what's really nice about this is it's gonna have a lot of capabilities to it. So if you're like us, you have this truck out here and it doesn't have a backup camera and you wish your truck did or your vehicle did, we are gonna give a camera that's gonna give you that capability so you can see a little bit better when you are trying to back up somewhere. Here's a look at our rear view camera right now, but if I go ahead and hit our washer, it definitely cleans it right up. Have you ever put your car in reverse and notice your backup camera is completely blocked by dirt and debris Well, the CLEARVIEW cleaner system will take care of that for you. The system just tee's into your front windshield wiper hose and allows you to actually have a shutoff, which you can turn that off anytime you want. The thing is when you use your front windshield wipers, that will continually clean the back camera as well. more

This system is designed to clean your camera so that you don't have to get out of your vehicle in order to do it. We all know the frustrating fact of that when you're driving around on the road, whether it's during the winter, during the summer even, if you're driving down a gravel road that's dusty, this rear view camera, what'll happen is all the dirt and the debris from the roads is all swarming behind your vehicle, and it just starts to cake up that lens. Well what this is designed to do is when you go to back up into a spot, and you see that you can't see very clearly out of your rear view camera, this is going to clean it off. You just hit your windshield wipers, it's gonna tie right in with that line, and it's gonna clean your camera off, and you'll be able to see just fine. more

It's gonna fit right in place of your original and it will function just like your original to give you that rear view of what's out your back window and that sort of thing, but then it's also going to have a nice, bright 4.3 inch color TFT display that will connect to the included camera and so that you can see very clearly what's behind you. You can see on the display there we do have those backup lines so we can see how close we're getting and make sure that we're not gonna be too close as we're backing up. This does have the compact camera that's gonna be ideal for your smaller vehicles. more

Welcome to etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at and installing the Hopkins Smart Camera Backup System here on a 2010 Ford F-250. with the Hopkins Smart Camera backup system installed it's gonna be a huge help to those of us out there on the road that don't have backup camera systems in here. So driving around, I don't have towing mirrors. I just have standard single plane mirrors and I keep them pointed down towards the back tires of my pickup truck so that way I can use them to line up in parking spots backing up the trailers. But that's also a little unsafe just because I don't really see what's going on next to me. more

Review of the Rear View Safety Third Brake Light with Camera for RVs- Video
Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Rear View Safety Third Brake Light with camera. This is going to replace the third brake light housing on your RV, just take off the original lens and housing, pop out the lights, the light bar here, and plug it in to this one, that will then re-complete that, so that you'll have your functioning third brake light again, but then, you'll also have your backup camera to give you a better sense of what's behind you as you're backing up and that sort of thing. This is right about 13 1/2 inches in overall length, or width, depending on how you look at it, from center of our mounting hole to the center of the other, it's right about 12 inches, and it's only about 1 3/8 of an inch tall, kinda difficult for me to show you that with my ruler here, but will plug right in, do a great job of re-completing that third brake light, so you still have that functioning brake light going. But then, you'll also have your camera here, so this is a 170 degree viewing angle camera, so you're gonna have a nice wide view of what's behind you. It does also have a built-in microphone, so you'll be able to hear what's going on behind you as well, so if someone's back there giving you directions or all of a sudden someone's screaming for you to stop, you'll be able to hear that through the microphone. more

Feature Breakdown: Rear View Safety Third Brake Light with Camera- Video
Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Rear View Safety Third Brake Light with camera. This is going to replace your third brake light housing on your Sprinter, and then, will add that backup camera, so you can be safer as you're backing up. Now, this is going to fit your 2007 through 2009 Dodge Sprinter, the 2007 through 2015 Freightliner Sprinter, the 2010 through 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and the 2016 and '17 Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 and 3500. So this is going to just have that lens and housing, so you'll pop out your light on your Sprinter, put that in place here, and that's gonna give you that light signal, so that it's gonna be fully functional again, and then you can hook up this wire. You can see it is a 5-pin connection, and then we've got a 65 foot long wire to run up to the front of your Sprinter, and then we can get it connected, both to power wire it in there, connect it like so, and then we'll also be able to get it hooked up to our monitor, our video, and audio here, so very easy to get this installed, so that we have the benefits of a backup camera. more
