Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Performance Tool 2-in-1 rechargeable headlamp. Now, this headlamp is obviously going to give you hands-free lighting at the campsite, whether, maybe you're backpacking going down the trail at night, auto emergencies, and a whole lot more. Now, currently I have what they call the area light turned on and it's at its full brightness and this does have an area light and then a spotlight here, which I don't have turned on yet. And each of these lights can operate at 100%, 50%, and then they have a strobe feature. So for the area light, this is at a hundred percent, 50% and then the strobe, and then I'll turn that off. more

Hey there, it's Evangeline here at Etrailer and I set up a little BioLite campsite so we can take a look at our BioLite AlpenGlow lights. These are available in three different sizes and just like your normal camp light, they're going to be chargeable and then this will provide lights to your campsite, but they have a little bit of an extra twist to them. When I go car camping or just camping, I like to bring a lot of different lights with you because it gets dark pretty quickly and I like to still be able to cook, or hang out with my friends, or to write in my journal, things like that. So for different situations, you may want to grab a different AlpenGlow. These are fun and easy to just toss into your bag and then bring it right back out when you're ready to go, as long as you have enough power to keep these charged, they'll be able to last for your adventures. This is going to be the FLEXiT 2.5 as well as the FLEXiT 6.5, and we're gonna talk about their different features, what you may need to be looking at in a headlamp for different situations, and then find the best fit for you. Right off the bat, I really like the STKR FLEXiT 6.5 or the FLEXiT Pro headlamp just because this has a lot of features that are an upgrade to the other headlamps you may see on the market as a rechargeable battery, it has this halo style light system, it has different buttons for different functions, and wandering around the shop and walking around, I've noticed that it fits very well to the head, but if you're looking for an affordable option, you like this design, but you don't wanna invest in it just yet. That's where the 2.5 can come in handy. Where this headlamp really shines is the halo style lighting. So this gives you a 240 degree angle of light and that helps prevent tunnel vision and helps you maintain that peripheral vision. more

So this is great if you're going out camping, you're hitting the trails, and you need that extra light, or if you need to just store it inside your vehicle for if you break down in the middle of the night, you need to look into your hood, or you just wanna little extra protection. This is what it looks like in the darkness. We have our high beam or a 100% at 1,500 lumens, we then have our safe mode and this is gonna be 25%, and then we have our strobe light option. This is going to be a great addition to your garage to make sure that you can always see what you're doing, even if you don't have a lot of lights in your garage, or maybe they're just not really placed in a way that you can see under the hood. And a lot of times it's just hard to get in there and see what's going on. A lot of things that are close together, especially with newer cars, so having a light that's right above you, it's going to make it a lot easier to see where you're going.
