Is Any Welding Required to Install Lippert Ground Control System

Question:
One expert says the front landing gear for the LC358590 is bolt on using the existing brackets. Another expert says they must be bolted on. Which is it?

The front jacks of the Ground Control system # LC358590 will use the existing brackets that the old landing gear used. The only welding that would need to done would be if the brackets on the trailer had to be moved for any reason. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.
