The bearing number 1980 doesn't cross reference with anything we have here, but I can still help you find the correct replacement seal.
You will need to take an accurate measurement of the outside diameter of your existing seal, or the inside diameter of the mounting surface for the seal in the hub. You will also need an accurate measurement of the spindle at the seal surface. I have posted a photo to show the dimensions you will need to measure. A dial caliper will provide an accurate measurement to determine the correct seal for your hub and spindle.
