Question:
Hi, I have a 24’ open car trailer with 1/8 “ diamond plate steel floor. Should I use bolts/nuts or self drilling screws for installing the track? How far apart should they be every other hole? every 12th hole etc? I will be hauling a show car.

Expert Reply:
For installing the E-track like part # EM59150 that you referenced I would use self tapping screws in every other hole of the track. This is a 2 foot section of the E-track.
If you needed a 5 foot section you would also want the part # E19148.
For a D-ring that is designed to fit the E-track you would want the part # E59143.
