I just purchased this cattle guard and i need to know how do i install it on my 2004 chevy silverado 1500?

Well the Westing Grille Guard part # 57-3555 that you referenced is designed to fit newer Dodge Rams so there is no way that it can be installed on your 2004 Chevy Silverado.
Hopefully instead you ordered the part # 57-1175 which is the correct HDX Westin Grille Guard for your vehicle. It comes with a set of installation instructions. But I also attached a picture that has all of the install pages for you to check out as well.
