does this swivel? are there bearings between the wheel hub and the sleeve.

The Dutton-Lainson removable wheel for A-frame jack # DL22414 does swivel. It is compatible with Dutton-Lainson model 6418 trailer jack # DL22530. The wheel does not have bearings between the hub and sleeve. It will have a quick-attach pin for easy installation and removal.
The wheel will make it easy to maneuver the trailer into the hitching position. It's recommended that the wheel is removed before travel.

Received this wheel today also new jack, when installing I noticed that this wheel does not have a dimple to help aline the wheel socket with the jackpost making installation acword.
