Question:
Does the CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet-Flush mountinch swivel in the open position. Just seems when ever its permanently installed, its only effective to strap directly in line. if your cargo is to the side of it, its gonna bind. Just curious if it swivels or pivots. Thanks

Expert Reply:
The CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Strap # IMF18804 that you referenced does not have the ability to swivel when it is out of the housing. The best way to install this would be to be very strategic in the location and angle that you install it so as to minimize the possibility of being in a situation that would cause it to bind up.
I attached a review video for this product for you to check out as well.
