Do Trailer Tire and Wheel Combos have to be Balanced Before Use

Question:
Do I need to get wheel and tires I just bought from you balanced before use?

Expert Reply:
You do not have to get tire and wheel combos such as # AM3H390 balanced before use. You can if you want to but it can be difficult to find a shop that has the proper equipment to balance a trailer tire and wheel. It is not the same equipment used to balance car tires and wheels.
The manufacturer of the tire and wheel combos matches the heavy side of a tire with the light side of a wheel to sort of balance them. This is all a trailer tire really needs as far as balancing.
