For a folding carrier, I really like the Curt 24x60 Carrier, part # C18151. The carrier features a long shank, which allows plenty of clearance between the basket and the rear of the vehicle, which allows the basket to fold up before it hits the rear bumper of the vehicle. The # C18100 is a smaller, but much lighter option. If the 19x60 size works for you it would also be a good choice, but it would sit closer to the rear bumper. You'll need to measure the distance from the hitch pin hole in your hitch receiver to the furthest rearward part of the back bumper. If this distance is LESS THAN 5 inches, you'll be able to use the folding feature of the carrier.
You might also be interested in a cargo net like part # RLN1-RTD4 or a 20 cubic foot cargo bag like # 988501.
