You have a few different options to help you with removing your home-made lake dock from the water. One is to use a winch. The linked article explains the various types of hand winches available and if you have a place to mount one (such as on a vehicle, ATV or fixed mounting point near your dock) a winch will take most of the burden off you as you pull the wheeled dock out of the water. I also included a link to our main page for winches.
Another option is to add a second wheel/tire to your axle to distribute the load over more surface area. This will tend to reduce the sinking into the mud.
You will want to determine the weight of the dock when selecting either a tire or winch to ensure the capacity of either item is not exceeded.
