It looks like this is the right part for a plug and play in bed 7 pin gooseneck/fifth wheel hook up. Is this right for a 2012 Ram 3500 Mega Cab with 6.5 bed SWR?

Yes it is, I check with Pollak and the Pollak Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # PK11893-11932 that you referenced will work on your 2012 Ram 3500.
