Hey Brad! I have a set of custom fit 5th wheel rails for your 2024 Ram 3500, however I do not have a Reese kit. Reese's parent company is currently going through bankruptcy and a federal fraud investigation so most of their parts are not in-stock or available.
For your 2024 Ram 3500, I recommend the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit item # C16430-204. This kit includes custom fit brackets that install in pre-drilled holes in your Ram's frame. The 5th wheel rails are industry standard so they'll work with most 5th wheel hitch brands like B&W, Curt, Reese, Huskey, and Pull-Rite. All the hardware necessary for installation is included as well.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. You won't have to get down underneath your bumper to connect your trailer.

When I purchased the rail system for my Ram 3500 I got c16430-204. It took me and 2 friend about 1.5 hours to install. It’s relatively easy to install. Pay close attention to measurements. There are a few bolts towards the cab of the truck that will be hard to reach but other than that it’s not bad. Been using it for 2 years and haven’t had any issues with mine.
