There is something similar to MaxxTow adapter MT70070 that fits 1-1/4 inch hitches instead of 2 inch hitches.
Take as look at the Brophy adapter, # HT5R. It fits a 1-1/4 inch Class I or II hitch and has a rise with a 2 inch receiver on the top. An adapter that features 2 receivers though is not available for a 1-1/4 inch hitch. Please note the use of an adapter will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. It will also put more stress on the hitch and vehicle.
