Question:

I see that the Curt Trailer Hitch - C11640 has a tongue weight of 200 lb. Im looking for a hitch with 300 lb tongue weight so I can pull a little 4x8 trailer with a dirtbike that weighs 150lb. Is there another model with a little higher tongue weigh to be safe in case trailer is over 50lb?

The hitches that are rated for your 2011 Honda Fit are the Curt # C11064 with a 200 pound tongue maximum weight capacity and the EcoHitch # 306-X7286 that has a 300 pound tongue weight solution for the 2011 Honda Fit.

The wiring harness you would need is # 118420.

An etrailer Trailer Tongue weight scale # e99044 is a great tool to ensure your trailer hitch is not being overloaded.

I would refer to your 2011 Honda Fit owner's manual to determine the maximum towing capacity.
