Wiring Optronics Uni-Lite Clearance Lights on a Motorcycle for Additional Turn Signals

Question:
i asked a question earlier about mounting these as turnsignal reply said ground white wire 2 bare metal then hook up the hot black but since im using factory turnsignal hardware wires there already ground with relays and ect so ?? can i just hookup and go or???

Expert Reply:
You can tap the power wire from the Uni-Lite, # MCL11CAKB, to the factory turn signal wire but you will still need to ground the light as well. You can try using an existing ground for another light but in the event that does not work you will need to ground the light to the metal frame.
