Recommended Replacement Rubber Cradle with a 1 Inch Diameter for a Pro Series Translite Bike Rack

I purchased this bike rack from Uhaul about half year ago. I like it but unfortunately two of the rubber holders already broke, so I cannot use them to fasten the velcro belts to position the bikes. Is there any way to get some new rubber holders, or you have a better option to make sure this will never happen again?

Your Pro Series Translite 4 Bike Rack PS63144 arms have a diameter of 1-inch. The exact replacement parts aren't available for this bike. The best option to replace your rubber cradle is a Stay-Put Cradle # 853-7887 because it will also have a 1-inch diameter.
The strap I would recommend for the Stay-Put cradle is # 852-3006-001.
